EVD is the inventor of the material Tectan® – an innovative composite made from coated carton waste that sets new standards in industrial recycling.
Founded in 1990 as part of the international Tetra Pak Group, EVD was established with the goal of developing high-quality secondary products from coated carton waste. When Tetra Pak withdrew from the project in 1997, committed employees took over the company and continued its journey with expertise and pioneering spirit.
Today, we manufacture plugs for paper cores and edge protectors for industrial use using the injection molding process. Our customers include major paper mills in Sweden, which we supply directly by rail – efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner.
What makes our products special: The raw materials we use are primarily production residues from the beverage carton industry. This allows us to combine technical quality with genuine sustainability – transforming industrial secondary materials into a valuable resource.
